Cottage Watch Visits
When the cottage sits empty over winter, an arranged visit gives you a current picture of the property. We check readily visible interior and exterior conditions and provide dated photos with a concise report. These are observational visits at agreed times, rather than continuous monitoring or a professional inspection.
